About Your Provider
Dr. Suzanne Quinter is a board-certified dermatologist and the founder of Wheatland Dermatology in St. Marys, Ohio, proudly serving patients throughout Auglaize and Mercer Counties and the surrounding west-central Ohio communities, including Wapakoneta, Celina, Lima, Sidney, and Findlay.
A native of Hamilton, Ohio, Dr. Quinter earned her undergraduate degree in mathematics with a biology minor from the University of Dayton before going on to graduate at the top of her class from the University of Toledo College of Medicine — an achievement that earned her induction into Alpha Omega Alpha, the nation's most prestigious medical honor society.
Dr. Quinter completed her internal medicine internship and three-year dermatology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, a program nationally recognized for its expertise in pediatric dermatology, autoimmune blistering diseases, and general medical dermatology. She was selected by her faculty to serve as Chief Resident during her senior year — a distinction reserved for the program's top trainees.
Following residency, Dr. Quinter joined the faculty at the University of Cincinnati, where she taught medical students and dermatology residents for three years. She continues to hold that teaching appointment today, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing the field and training the next generation of dermatologists.
At Wheatland Dermatology, Dr. Quinter brings academic-level expertise to personalized, patient-centered care close to home — so patients throughout the St. Marys, Wapakoneta, and Celina areas don't have to travel to a major city for exceptional dermatologic care.
Dr. Quinter lives locally with her husband and three boys, and enjoys hiking, boating, and reading in her time away from the office.
