To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please keep the following in mind:
Uninsured & out-of-network patients
We welcome patients who are uninsured or whose plan is not currently accepted at our practice. If you do not have insurance or carry a plan with which we do not participate, payment for your visit and any procedures performed will be due at the time of service. Please call our office in advance and we'll walk you through your options.
